    LA VOCE, an ensemble of Scranton area singers directed by Dolores Dominick-Noll, will present a concert of music by Stephen Foster as a prelude to The Poor of Scranton on November 18th, for a visit to Scranton at the turn of the last century. Performance Space at The Jermyn, 326 Spruce Street, Second Floor, Downtown Scranton. Music at 7:00, Show at 8:00. A ticket to the play lets you into the concert.     LA VOCE is a singing ensemble of Scranton area artists directed by Dolores Dominick-Noll, who are dedicated to a broad repertoire that includes everything from opera to Broadway. Stephen Foster was born in Lawrenceville, Pennsylvania, now part of Pittsburgh, on the Fourth of July, 1826. He spent most of his life in Pennsylvania and his songs reflect the ethos of the time. The concert will include such favorites as Beautiful Dreamer, Jeanie with the Light Brown Hair, and other musical gems less well-known.
