V-Day Wilkes-Barre cordially invites you to their 2007 Campaign Kick-off, Tuesday, December 5, 2006, at 7:00pm at the American Red Cross, Wyoming Valley Chapter House, 256 North Sherman Street, Wilkes-Barre. (Directions are below.)
Christine E. Rock - 2007 Campaign Organizer says “There is a lot of information to share already and we hope everyone will join in and assist us with publicity, letter writing, hanging posters, getting sponsors/advertisers, and the like. Those who have already experienced The Vagina Monologues know what it means to be part of this event and can talk about the show and V-Day, which will help us sell more tickets, as well as encourage others to be part of this wonderful experience! As always, please feel free to bring a friend - male or female!”
“Those planning to attend can bring names and contact information of any business or individuals that may be interested in being an advertiser/sponsor. We want to have these letters out ASAP to get a jump on holiday generosity and end of the year spending!”
If you cannot make the meeting, and still would like to help, please contact V-Day Wilkes-Barre using the information below - and if you have any names of advertiser/sponsors, be sure to send those along as well…
