A Spectacular Afternoon of Music with The Northeast Theatre
On the afternoon of December 9, The Northeast Theatre presented the first in what it hopes will be a series of musical salons, Victorian Holiday with singer Jessica Medoff and pianist Michael Bunchman. This spectacularly talented couple presented a program to about 40 people that ranged from Chopin’s Fantasie in F minor to songs by Cole Porter and George Gershwin. Pastries were freshly prepared by TNT actress Heather Stuart (who is also a professional baker) which were served with holiday punches made by Pat Dunleavy. Carmon Flynn played the part of the butler. Those in attendance included Ralph & Joyce Lomma, Paula Wasser, Jean Shields, Mary Clements, Sally & Daniel Grotta, and others.
