21 young talented people (ages 8 to 18) will perform in a special evening of music from Broadway shows, the world of pop music, and popular patriotic songs called AMERICAN STARS OF TOMORROW. Worthington Players will hold open auditions for three shows on Sunday Dec 9 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm at the Shawnee Playhouse. Needed are men and women of various ages. Tech and backstage help are also needed. These are all-volunteer productions.

The Sherman Theater, in conjunction with Strangers helping Strangers and the performing group Railroad Earth, donated approximately 800 pounds of canned and non-perishable goods to Fitzmaurice Community Services after collecting the food during a drive held at Railroad Earth’s Thanksgiving weekend performance.
