Auditions Announced at Music Box Dinner Playhouse

The Music Box Repertory Company announces open auditions for MESHUGGA-NUNS the “ecumenical” NUNSENSE musical by Dan Goggin, creator of the original NUNSENSE. This time the Little Sisters of Hoboken are on a luxury cruise and the entertainment is a production of FIDDLER ON THE ROOF. Sadly, the entire cast for the exception of Tevye become sick with food poisoning. The Little Sisters save the day by teaming up with “Tevye” to put on a show . The combination is winning and funny.

Auditions will be held on Wednesday, February 27, at 7:30 PM. 5 women and one man are needed to play the roles of the Mother Superior, Sister Hubert, Sister Robert Ann, Sister Amnesia, Sister Leo, and “Tevye”. All actors should be prepared to sing a song of his/her choice and read from the script.

Performance dates of MESHUGGAH-NUNS are : March 28 to 30, April 3 to 6, and April 10 to 13.
